Story of the Photo: The First

A picture may not always be worth 1000 words, but this one speaks volumes. At least to me. This is not my best photo, nor is it overly technical or original. I took this photo the very first time I took a digital camera on a shoot. My Nikon D40 that I bought used from a good friend. Photography has been my most meaningful hobby ever since that summer day in 2008. What a stunning flower.
